Community Profile

This community was created in order to provide people with a safe place to express themselves regarding mental illnesses. As someone with a diagnosed mental illness, I wanted to have a place where I could talk to people about my problem without fear of being judged. The internet tends to be an unforgiving place, but I know there are good people out there and I have the belief that people can come together to help each other. I have faith that this will be a place where people can discuss their problems, give advice, and form a support group for those who desire it, and can also provide some enlightenment to combat the stigma against mental illnesses.
